The home in northern, Mexico, came to fruition after one of the architects childhood friend approached the studio for a specific program in mind. Featuring a plot with two street fronts the project, had to serve as a house and also as an entretaining space for the clients social agenda. On the inside a stunning custom staircase serves as the centerpiece of the interior. Its unique structure seamlessly blends with the home’s aesthetic, creating an inviting focal point that draws the eye and enhances the overall ambiance.
